Privacy policy
This site is a set of static pages. There is no account system, no comment box, and no form that asks you for personal information.
What we collect
Nothing that identifies you, unless you choose to write to us. There is no account system and no comment box. The site collects no personal information of its own, sets no cookies of its own, and runs no advertising or cross-site tracking scripts.
We do count page views, using Cloudflare Web Analytics. It is cookieless, it does not fingerprint your device, it does not follow you to other sites, and it reports aggregate numbers only — which pages were viewed, and roughly which kind of referrer sent you. We cannot identify an individual visitor from it, and we do not try to.
What our hosting provider sees
This site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes standard request data — IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp — in order to deliver the page and defend against abuse. That processing is described inCloudflare's privacy policy.
Affiliate links and third parties
When you click an affiliate link, you leave this site and the destination site's own privacy policy applies. The destination may set cookies so that a commission can be attributed to the referral. That is between you and them; we do not receive any personal data about you from it — only aggregate reports such as how many clicks and sign-ups a link produced.
Email, and the article list
If you email us, we hold your message and your address for as long as needed to reply and keep a record of the conversation.
If you ask to be added to the article list, we keep your address in a plain-text file and use it to send you new articles. That is the only thing it is used for. There isno third-party mailing-list provider, no tracking pixel in the messages, no profiling, and we do not sell, rent or share the list with anyone. A reply saying "unsubscribe" removes you, and the address is deleted at that point rather than archived.
Children
This site is aimed at professionals working with AI generation tools. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Your rights
Because we do not collect personal data, there is usually nothing for us to export or delete. If you believe we hold something about you, write to[email protected] and we will look into it.
Changes
If we later adopt something that collects more than the aggregate, cookieless page counts and the article list described above — a third-party mailing-list provider, or an analytics tool with a different data model, for example — this page will be updatedbefore that happens, and the date at the top will change.
